Max Gwinner

Max Gwinner has extensive experience in quality engineering, currently serving as Team Lead for Quality Electrode at VARTA AG since May 2021. In this role, Max oversees both technical and disciplinary responsibilities for team members and students, while also managing quality assurance in electrode manufacturing, implementing new measurement methods, and fostering customer and supplier relationships. Max has contributed to product development and production ramp-ups, and has played a key role in audits and project meetings. Previously, Max gained valuable experience in operational quality management during various internships and student roles at VARTA Microbattery, coupled with academic work at Hochschule Aalen that culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Prior experience includes technical design roles at Bausch+Ströbel GmbH & Co. KG, where Max honed skills in mechatronic development and construction.
