Roxana Siboiu

Roxana Siboiu is an experienced marketing and management professional with significant expertise in the consumer batteries and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director for the Consumer Batteries Unit at VARTA AG since February 2019, Roxana previously held key roles at Spectrum Brands, including Marketing & National KA Manager and Category Manager for Batteries in Romania and Moldova. Roxana's career includes impactful contributions to PepsiCo Star Foods and STAR FOODS EM as an Assistant Brand Manager, where strategic promotions and new product development were successfully executed. Roxana's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Economic Development of the Enterprise from Academia de Studii Economice din București and an MBA from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, complemented by a background in Public Communication from the University of Journalism.
