John Mitchell

John Mitchell has extensive work experience in the field of dairy software design. John founded nextCow in 2018, focusing on innovative approaches in this area. Additionally, they have worked as a product manager for Dairy Comp 305 at VAS since 1991 and also served as a developer advisor. Prior to that, they worked as a programmer and computer guy at the University of Wisconsin Dairy Science Department from 1984 to 1990.

John Mitchell obtained their Master's degree in Animal Science with a focus on Dairy Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they attended from 1979 to 1983.
