MANIFESTO:
We believe that a "new world" is possible in organizations. A world where a more "human" way of thinking, relating and behaving gives rise to inspired persons, high performance teams and "collective intelligent" companies, that are really able to "lead from the future as it emerges".

The way to reach that "new" paradigm, adapted to a complex and fast changing world, is to raise awareness in leaders, teams and organizations because, like Einstein suggested, "no problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it".

We do that by by using an integral approach, focused on the different sides of human dynamics, and a wide range of "high tech" methods, that are solid grounded and used in the top world's leading organizations, like Google, Apple and Genentech.

Raising awareness and inspiring action towards a "new world" in organizations is our mission.
