Alan E. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alan currently serves as the President and General Counsel at Vascular Wellness, where they provide mobile and on-site vascular access services and infection consulting. Prior to that, Alan was the Founder and Managing Member of ETKIN PLLC, where they offered legal and financial guidance to clients. Alan also worked as a Counselor and Adviser at MIHAYLO, supporting a fashion apparel company.

Additionally, Alan has experience as the General Counsel, CEO, and CFO at Marketing Adventure Advertising, where they played a key role in operational, legal, and financial matters. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director - Senior Counsel at Vignette Corporation and as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Fujitsu Network Communications. Alan began their career as a Corporate Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC.

Alan E. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. Following that, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, studying from 1992 to 1995. In terms of professional certifications, they obtained a CPA (inactive) certification in New Jersey in January 1992. Alan also obtained the Texas State Bar certification in November 1995 and the North Carolina State Bar certification in August 2008.
