David Elve is an experienced energy/utility and IT executive with 30 years of experience in global positions across cities such as Atlanta, Denver, Paris, Brussels, and London. They have worked with major international firms, energy and utility businesses, and start-ups, serving in various roles including Board Member, Executive Vice President, and Chief Marketing Officer at PayGo. Currently, David is an Executive Consultant at VASS Solutions, providing expertise in smart grid and customer engagement consulting for energy and water companies. Their leadership has contributed to the growth of start-ups recognized as Gartner "Cool Vendors," and they have extensive experience in business development and investment strategies. David holds a BS from Auburn University and an MBA from Mercer University.
