Customer Success Engineer

Allen Chew has extensive experience in network engineering and technical support, having worked with various prestigious organizations. At Cisco Systems, Allen served as a Network Consultant Engineer, contributing to the promotion of APIC-EM SDN controller and providing support for large enterprise network environments. Previous internships included roles at Simmons College and Iron Mountain, where Allen focused on network infrastructure and technical support. At the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a position as an OIT Software Support Consultant involved software troubleshooting and training. Allen continued to develop expertise at VCE as a Solutions Engineer, later transitioning to Nutanix as a Sr Systems Reliability Engineer, resolving complex technical issues.
