Hidehiko Jono is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in technology and sales engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at VAST Data since October 2023, Jono previously held the position of Lead Solution Engineer - Telco at VMware from March to September 2023. Prior to that, Jono was with Pure Storage for nearly nine years as a FlashBlade SE (Data Architect) and Senior Systems Engineer. Jono also contributed to VMware as a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer from 2010 to 2014. Earlier career experience includes serving as IT Manager at i-NET Securities and a Systems Engineer at Sun Microsystems. Jono earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Chuo University, completing studies in 1999.
