Karmit Shitrit

Karmit is the Vice President of Human Resources at VAST, working to help VAST connect, develop and care for its people — and to help those people do the best work of their lives. Her team oversees a broad range of functions including talent development, recruiting, employee relations and experience, benefits, compensation, and inclusion and diversity. A seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in the technology industry, Karmit held senior HR positions at Dell-EMC and IBM prior to joining VAST, where she honed her skills in recruiting top talent and developing innovative HR strategies.
