Samuel Li has extensive experience in technical and customer support roles, primarily within the IT and data management sectors. Currently serving in the Office of the CTO at VAST Data since July 2019, Samuel previously worked as a Customer Success Engineer at Qumulo, Inc. from July 2017 to July 2019 and as a Technical Support Engineer V at Isilon Systems from October 2012 to July 2017, where expertise in NFS3/NFSv4/Kerberos/HDFS and AIMA was developed. Earlier positions include roles as an Escalation Engineer at NetApp, focusing on customer engineering support, and Unix administration at BASE, NEC Telecom Modus, Cypress Semiconductor, and Mentor Graphics.
