David Wei

David Wei is an experienced professional who has held various roles in project management, technical compliance, and general management. Currently the Chief of Staff & Head of PMO at 瀚博半导体, David has extensive experience leading global programs and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior to their current role, David worked at Schindler Group and Schindler China, where David successfully managed digital transformation initiatives and product safety compliance. With a background in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering, David is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at The University of Hong Kong.
