Vastern Timber is a family-owned sawmilling and manufacturing business specialising in British-grown timber.

We work with native hardwoods and actively champion British timber over imported alternatives. Creating real financial value for local woodlands is central to what we do — it’s how woodlands are managed well, improved, and kept for the long term.

From our two sawmills in Wiltshire, we manufacture a wide range of products including timber cladding, oak flooring, oak beams, and dried planks supplied to makers and manufacturers across the UK.
