Blaze Nacker has extensive experience in the IT services sector, having served as a Customer Service Engineer at VAST since June 2012. Prior to this role, Nacker spent over 25 years at Nicor Gas, progressing from a helpdesk position to Network Engineer II, where responsibilities included overseeing significant upgrades and process improvements, ultimately supporting over 350 servers while managing daily operations for a corporate network team. Nacker also has experience as a Field Network Engineer, providing technical support to multiple regional offices, and earlier served as a Field Engineer and Consultant at JWP, where responsibilities included installing and configuring desktops and offering comprehensive technical support to external customers.
