John Nardello

John Nardello has a strong background in data protection and backup and recovery. John is currently working as a Customer Engineer at VAST since 2021. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, they worked as an Expert Systems Engineer at Ensono, where they served as a subject matter expert for NetBackup and lead project engineer for NetBackup server and appliance currency.

Before Ensono, John held the position of Expert Systems Engineer at Acxiom from 2012 to 2016. John also worked as a Senior Consultant at CGI from 2010 to 2011 and as an Enterprise Backup Team Lead at Russell Investments from 2010 to 2011, where they were responsible for successful daily backups and deployment of NetBackup OpsCenter.

John's earlier experience includes roles such as Backup & Recovery Engineer at Washington Mutual from 2005 to 2009, Lead of Enterprise Backup Team at T-Mobile from 2003 to 2005, and System Administrator at AT&T Fixed Wireless from 2000 to 2002.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in managing backups for various databases and systems, as well as implementing data protection solutions.

John Nardello has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Seattle University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field of data protection and administration. These certifications include:
