Vatavaran, meaning 'atmosphere' in Sanskrit, draws inspiration from the serene landscapes of the Himalayas. Designed as a sanctuary for the senses, this sensory dining experience will immerse guests in the essence of these majestic mountains. At the summit of this experience lies Shikhar, an intimate cocktail bar named after the Sanskrit word for 'mountain peak'. Shikhar will offer regulars and loyal patrons an exclusive setting to unwind, where guests can experience a unique cocktail menu that pays homage to the spices found in the Indian mountains.
