Michael Pose

Michael Pose is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Engineering at Vatica Health since December 2018, Michael leads the Interoperability Team and oversees interoperability strategy and implementation across various platforms, including FHIR integration and EHR integrations. Previously, Michael has held senior roles at CareSync, Allscripts, MediNotes Corporation, Bond Technologies, Misys Healthcare Systems, and the University of Miami, contributing to the development and architecture of electronic medical record systems and healthcare applications. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and a Dipl-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau.
