Devinder Paul

Devinder Paul currently serves as the VP Facility at Vatika Group since November 2022, overseeing business operations for external facilities across Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and the entire UP region, with responsibilities including P&L, facility operations, business development, and client management. Previously, Devinder held the position of AVP - Facilities at TDI INFRATECH LTD, managing a 1000-acre mega township project in Mohali. Prior experience includes roles at DLF Limited as Head of Engineering & Facility Operations for the DLF Mall of India, General Manager - Facilities & Mall Management at Bestech Group, and various engineering and facility management positions at JLL and Winsome Group. Devinder holds a B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from CMJ University and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Central Polytechnic Chandigarh.
