David J Johanson has over 16 years of experience in the internet marketing and sales industry. David J started their career as a Sales and Marketing Representative at America Online in 2003. From there, they worked as a Sales Associate at Website Pros in 2005 and then as an Account Executive at Web.com from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, David joined Mindfly Web Studio as an Interactive Internet Marketing professional. David J then became a Managing Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at DuckNCOVER in 2009. During the same year, David also started their own startup internet marketing firm called Borderline Marketing, where they held the position of Chief Marketing Officer and later became the CEO. Alongside Borderline Marketing, they provided personalized internet marketing and social media services as a Contract Internet Marketing Consultant. Throughout their career, David has focused on website design, internet marketing, and sales, with an emphasis on creating safe and easy browsing experiences for users, particularly children and the educational sector.

David J Johanson attended Shoreline Community College from 2001 to 2002, where they studied Digital Editing/Production in the Music/Video field. Before that, from 1999 to 2000, they attended MMI and focused on Mechanics. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, David J Johanson attended Peninsula College, where they studied Technical Writing/Internet Information Systems. Outside of these educational experiences, David J Johanson also obtained a certification in Google Adwords from Google Inc.
