Andreas Parchmann

Andreas Parchmann has extensive experience in communications and change management, currently serving as a Senior Communications Manager at Vattenfall since June 2009, where responsibilities include advising senior management and driving cultural change. Previous roles at Vattenfall included Senior Communications Advisor, Head of Communications Business Area Wind, Director of Internal Communications, and Head of Organizational Development and Change. Prior to Vattenfall, Andreas held senior communications positions at Philips Electronics N.V. from October 2003 to June 2009 and Philips Germany from September 1991 to August 2003, including Global Head of Internal Communications and Senior Manager Corporate Communications. Early in the career, Andreas worked as a Junior PR-Manager and Head of Media Relations at Philips Medical Systems Germany. Education was completed at the University of Hamburg from 1987 to 1991.
