Bente Cijs

Bente Cijs is currently serving as an HR Direct Advisor at Vattenfall since August 2023. Previously, Bente worked as a Groepsles instructeur at SportCity from June 2014 to March 2024 and as a Studiecoach at NOVI Hogeschool from August 2020 to August 2023. A Graduate Research Intern at ProRail in early 2020 focused on organizational and cultural change. Bente also held positions in financial administration at XL Studenten Uitzendbureau and as a Graduate Intern in Online Marketing at The Online Group between 2017 and 2020, as well as an Intern in Brand Marketing at GSK from August 2016 to February 2017. Bente's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Culture, Organization, and Management and a Premaster from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Commerciële economie from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and a Minor in Business Administration from Örebro University.
