Caroline Andersson

Caroline Andersson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, management, and optical dispensing. Caroline has worked with Volvo Car Group as a Master Thesis Student at the Silicon Valley R&D Tech Center and held various engineering roles at Vattenfall, including Development Engineer in Strategy and Portfolio Management and Engineer in Plant and Reactor Safety. Prior to these positions, Caroline managed a mentoring program at HArm and worked as an Optical Dispenser at Specsavers. Caroline's educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Quality and Operations Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Manufacturing Technology from Chalmers University of Technology, as well as an Industrial Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a high school education with a science focus and aviation profile from Aviation College of Sweden.
