Caroline Naumann is currently the Incident and Crisis Management Lead at Vattenfall and has extensive experience in crisis and security consulting. Previously, they served as Associate Director at Control Risks, where they led the company’s COVID-19 response for EMEA and provided crisis management support across the region. Prior to that, Caroline held several key positions, including Global Emergency Health Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee, where they directed health responses in conflict zones, and Special Assistant at the U.S. Department of State, coordinating humanitarian assistance for the Syrian crisis. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University.
