Cassandra Lenoir currently serves as the O&M Development Manager at Vattenfall, focusing on offshore wind operations and maintenance since September 2021. Prior to this role, Cassandra worked as an Offshore Wind Research Engineer at EDF Energy, contributing to the ROMEO project on offshore wind O&M optimization from July 2018 to August 2021. Cassandra's early career included a position as a Floating Wind Energy Analyst at Cranfield University, where a master's thesis centered on floating support structures for offshore wind turbines was conducted, under the supervision of Dr. Maurizio Collu.
