Danny Haagsma

Danny Haagsma is an experienced Product Owner with a background in developing and managing platforms in the energy and financial sectors. Currently at Vattenfall since October 2022, Danny focuses on the strategic direction and development of a B2B energy trading platform. Previously, at WEVESTR, Danny served as the first Product Owner for a shareholder management platform, embedding the role within an Agile organization. With over a decade at ING, Danny held several positions, including Senior Product Specialist for an employee shareholder management platform, where responsibilities included product development and account management, as well as a commercial representative role within ING's Issuer Services. Danny began a career in finance with an internship at ING and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Services Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Certifications include Professional Scrum Product Owner I.
