Dariusz Kapłoński

Dariusz Kapłoński is currently the Security Operations Lead at Vattenfall, where they manage security operations and coordinate incident responses. Previously, Dariusz held various roles at Vattenfall, including IT Security Officer and System Manager, where they oversaw security incidents and participated in infrastructure monitoring projects. Dariusz also worked as a Network Operator and SOC 2nd Line Coordinator, focusing on incident management and team performance. Earlier in their career, Dariusz gained experience in network maintenance at Anteo-Banach s.c. and completed an internship at Grupa 3S. They earned a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Politechnika Śląska w Gliwicach.
