Ella Hollander

Ella Hollander is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand management and media, currently serving as the Director of Brand Media at Vattenfall since June 2019. In this role, Ella leads a data-driven media team focused on cost-effective media planning and the implementation of brand communications across core markets. Previous positions include Head of Brand (international) at Vattenfall and Brand Manager for the Netherlands, where Ella successfully introduced the Vattenfall brand and drove its growth. Prior to Vattenfall, Ella spent over a decade at Nuon as Manager of Content & Engagement, where a strong digital campaign focus was implemented, and earlier as Team Lead Marketing & Communication. Ella's career includes roles at ARAG Rechtsbijstand, ONVZ, Pfizer, and ANP, complemented by educational credentials including a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Ichthus Hogeschool Rotterdam and multiple MiniMBA programs.
