Ewa Gluszczak

Ewa Gluszczak is a seasoned procurement manager with extensive experience in sourcing, category strategy, and contract management. They began their career as a purchasing specialist at Stocznia Szczecinska Nowa Sp. z o.o. and held various roles, including buyer and facility administrator at Netto, Salling Group. Ewa progressed to become a sourcing specialist and later a lead sourcing specialist at LM Wind Power before taking on significant positions at Vattenfall, where they are currently a senior sourcing manager. They hold a degree in Management and Engineering of Production and a postgraduate degree in Infrastructure and Construction Investment Process from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
