Gerald Pauptit

Gerald Pauptit is an experienced contract and strategic purchasing manager with a strong background in power generation and engineering. Currently serving as Contract Manager for Heat Projects at Vattenfall since January 2011, Gerald oversees contracts for new heat plants and grids. Previously held roles include Category Manager at Vattenfall, focusing on sourcing gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and boilers, as well as Strategic Purchaser for Power Generation Projects at Nuon. Gerald has a history with Nuon dating back to 1999, including positions as Senior Purchaser ICT and Purchaser for the Powerplant in Amsterdam. Gerald's career began at Martinair, where responsibilities included contract management and purchasing for aircraft spares. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and an NEVI II purchasing degree obtained between 2000 and 2007.
