Gustaf Klinga is an experienced Nuclear Safety Engineer currently working at Vattenfall since April 2023 and at Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Gustaf served as the Head of Section for Independent Safety Review at OKG AB from September 2013 to July 2019, overseeing a team of eight Safety Engineers and managing safety review routines in compliance with regulatory standards. Gustaf also worked as a Nuclear Safety Engineer at OKG AB, focusing on the safety and quality review of modifications impacting nuclear safety and conducting safety assessments related to Safety Analysis Reports. Earlier experience includes an internship at Westinghouse Electric Company, where Gustaf authored a master's thesis on the risk of flooding in Swedish nuclear power plants, utilizing statistical analysis and historical data. Gustaf holds a Master of Science degree in Sociotechnical Systems Engineering from Uppsala University, completed in 2013.
