Janek Plathe is an experienced O&M Manager and Offshore Installation Manager with a strong background in safety and quality management. They have worked for Siemens Energy in the Offshore Wind Power Division as an HSE Expert and later as a NOM Nautical Offshore Manager during critical phases of offshore projects. Janek’s prior experience includes roles as Chief Officer on LPG tankers and HSEQ Superintendent in the crude oil tanker industry. Currently, Janek oversees operations and safety at Vattenfall as a Platform Manager and OIM. They received education in ship mechanics and nautical studies, preparing them for a successful career in maritime operations.
