Joanna has substantial experience in risk management and health, safety, and environment (HSE) roles, having been the IMS and HSE Manager & ISO/OHSAS Lead Auditor at Senvion GmbH from October 2015 to April 2020, and the IMS and HSE Coordinator at Almirall from February 2013 to September 2015. Joanna's early career includes working as an Environmental Expert/Project Coordinator at the Leibniz Institut für Troposphärenforschung from 2010 to 2012, where coordination of an international trans-boundary aerosol modeling program took place. Education includes a degree in Environmental Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, along with degrees in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Management, and Occupational Safety.
