Johan Ihse

Johan Ihse is an experienced leader in network and IT operations, currently serving as Head of Network at Vattenfall since June 2025. Prior roles include Program Director for Carrier Program Management at GlobalConnect, where Johan managed significant customer cases with budget responsibilities exceeding 50 million EUR. Johan also held key positions at H&M, overseeing global connectivity and network design initiatives, and at the Swedish Armed Forces, where responsibilities included establishing IT governance and managing a substantial annual budget. With a background in managed services at Ericsson and extensive experience in product management at TeliaSonera International Carrier, Johan combines a strong technical foundation with leadership capabilities developed through diverse roles across various industries. Education includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from Lund University and a Bachelor's in Construction Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology.
