Karol Strak

Karol Strak is an experienced professional in the field of electrical technology and engineering, currently serving as the Electrical Technology Engineering Manager at Vattenfall since December 2020, overseeing offshore wind projects and managing quality assurance processes for HV cables. Prior to Vattenfall, Karol held various roles at Prysmian Group between October 2012 and November 2020, including Central Eastern Europe Quality Manager and Head of Cable Design and Development, focusing on product development and engineering team leadership. Additional experience includes project coordination for offshore wind farm construction at BIG Invest Polska and a research internship at Landsvirkjun Power. Karol holds an M.Sc. in Renewable Energy from Háskóli Íslands and a B.Sc. in Power Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology.
