Lena Ströer

Lena Ströer is an industrial engineer with a passion for wind energy. They completed a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at Universität Bremen, and pursued further studies at DTU - Technical University of Denmark in Wind Energy. Lena's experience includes internships at Universität Bremen, BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH, and Deutsche Windtechnik AG, where they focused on various aspects of offshore wind turbine performance and inspections. Currently, Lena serves as a Senior Performance Analyst at Vattenfall, leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance turbine performance KPIs.
