Lena Wiklund

Lena Wiklund is currently pursuing a degree in Physics Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology. With extensive experience at Vattenfall, Lena held various leadership roles, including Project Manager, Director of Sales Development, and Head of Nordic Market Access. They were responsible for business development and leading significant change projects, such as implementing customer experience methods and digitalization initiatives. Lena also served as Programme Manager at the Vattenfall Management Institute, where they developed group leadership programmes.
