Marco Moerman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management, agile delivery, and project management within the energy and technology sectors. Currently, as the Manager of Sales - Behoud at Vattenfall, Marco oversees customer experience and system processes to maintain low churn rates and high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through a multidisciplinary team. Prior to this, Marco held several leadership roles at Nuon, including Manager Online Agile Delivery and Team Lead of Online Agile Delivery, where responsibilities included agile development and project management for online platforms. Earlier experience includes positions at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant and Consultant focused on project and product management, as well as a role as a Graduate within New Business Development at Corus, where Marco devised a commercialization strategy. Marco holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
