Martin Beumer

Martin Beumer currently serves as the Business Area Security Officer for Vattenfall, a role held since March 2009, overseeing security for one of the company's international business areas and leading a team of five security officers. Prior to this position, Martin was the Country Security Officer, managing a Dutch security team and coordinating cybersecurity and physical security activities in the Netherlands and the UK. Martin's career includes significant experience at Nuon as a Service Delivery Manager, and consulting roles at Sogeti, Motifact, and Buitenlandse Zaken, focusing on IT service management and project management. Earlier experience includes a position as an Informatiesysteem Manager at the Ministerie van Defensie. Martin holds a Bachelor of Economics and Informatica from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, earned between 1987 and 1991.
