Martin Neef

Martin Neef is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Payment & Collections at Vattenfall since March 2019, leading a team of 10 process managers with a focus on social impact. Additionally, Martin is the Voorzitter of Schuldeiserscoalitie, overseeing a coalition of 20-25 major Dutch companies aimed at enhancing social collections. Previously, Martin held various managerial roles at Nuon from 2007 to 2019, where responsibilities included improving customer service operations, managing customer experience marketing, and advising on strategic management through positions such as Chairman of the Central Works Council. Martin's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and advanced training at INSEAD and COPC.
