Matthias Gramsch

Matthias Gramsch is currently the Leiter Facility Management Germany at Vattenfall, a position held since 2010. They previously served in various roles at Vattenfall, including Personalentwickler and Referent for both Personalentwicklung and Personalmarketing. Matthias began their career at Bewag, where they worked as an Ausbilder für Industriekaufleute and Sachbearbeiter Systembetreuung from 1995 to 2001. Matthias completed a Kaufmännische Ausbildung, DV-Kaufmann at Bewag and holds a Wirtschafts-Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Berlin.
