Max van Fulpen is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Installation Manager and T&I Engineer at Vattenfall since November 2021. Prior to this role, Max worked as a Coastal Pipelines Engineer at Van Oord from January 2021 to November 2021, and took a sabbatical leave from November 2019 to December 2020, traveling across Asia and Europe. Between June 2014 and November 2019, Max contributed as an Offshore Engineer at Van Oord, specializing in offshore cable and pipeline installation, and conducted optimisation of design and execution methods. Max completed a Master's degree in Offshore & Dredging Engineering at TU Delft, where the thesis focused on Electrical Resistance Tomography. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at Van Oord and active participation in Delta Lloyd Solar Boat Team as an engineer and treasurer. Max holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2011.
