Naveed Iqbal is an R&D Structural Engineer at Vattenfall, having previously worked as a Structural Fire Design Engineer at Sweco from 2018 to 2023. With extensive research experience in structural engineering, Naveed focused on the mechanical behavior of steel and composite structures subjected to fire during doctoral studies. Naveed has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate courses related to structural engineering and supervised numerous students in their thesis work. Additionally, Naveed holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from Luleå University of Technology and has published several scientific works in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
