Nicole Williams is a strategic change and communication professional with over a decade of experience in driving transformation within complex environments. With a foundation in economics and social anthropology, and a passion for psychology and culture, they apply analytical thinking and human-centered leadership to each initiative. Nicole has previously founded a company providing relocation resources and services for individuals moving to Sweden, worked as a communications consultant and corporate trainer, and held various roles at Vattenfall that included change management and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently, they are focused on creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.
