Niklas Will

Niklas Will, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Asset Management for Solar & Batteries at Vattenfall since July 2025. Previously, Niklas was the Head of Operations for Solar Central Europe at Encavis from August 2018 to July 2025, where additional roles included Project Manager and Manager Operations. Prior to Encavis, Niklas held the position of Financial Accounting Associate at Luxcara AMC GmbH, focusing on wind and solar projects in Norway, the UK, and Germany. Niklas started the career at PKF Fasselt as a Senior, primarily engaging with sectors such as trade, production, and closed-end investment funds, including shipping and real estate. A brief secondment audit role at Cooper Parry also contributed to early career experience. Niklas completed CFA Level II in 2019 and CFA Level I in 2017, following a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, earned between 2009 and 2012.
