Pascal de Koning

Pascal de Koning is an experienced security professional with a strong background in IT and OT networks, currently serving as a Security Advisor at Vattenfall since August 2017 and as a Security Architect at ODC-Noord since June 2023. Prior roles include significant positions such as Security Advisor at Johan Cruijff ArenA, where cybersecurity strategy was developed and implemented, and Security Officer at Eno Zorgverzekeraar, focusing on information security strategy and risk assessments. Pascal has contributed to the security architecture for the Dutch tax authority at Belastingdienst and led various security initiatives, including the Security Services Catalogue project at The SABSA Institute and the TOGAF Security Guide at The Open Group.
