Paul Parker

Paul Parker is an accomplished marine scientist with extensive experience in marine consulting and regulatory frameworks. Currently serving as Functional Lead for Hydrogen Consenting at Vattenfall, responsibilities include developing Hydrogen Consenting Strategies and providing consenting advice on Green Hydrogen Projects. Previously, Paul held roles as Principal Marine Consultant and Associate Director at RSK International Projects Group, where core skills encompassed marine consent management, stakeholder engagement, and environmental impact assessment. Prior positions included Estuaries and Coasts Advisor at the Environment Agency, where work focused on marine consents and improving coastal water body management, and Partnership Manager for the Severn Estuary, overseeing coordination of estuarine practices. Educational credentials include a degree in Marine Geography from Cardiff University.
