Paul Sutton

Paul Sutton is an experienced professional in energy infrastructure and project management, currently serving as the Networks Senior Project Manager at Vattenfall since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the installation of District Heat Networks in Bristol. Previously, Paul held the position of Energy Infrastructure Project Manager at Bristol City Council and served as Head of Logistics and Contracts at Solarcentury Africa, managing solar and battery hybrid system developments across Africa. Paul has an extensive background with Solarcentury, where notable roles included Contracts Manager for Africa, supporting multiple solar PV and energy storage projects, and Project Manager, overseeing various project scales in the UK and abroad. Early in the career, Paul gained experience as a Junior Project Manager at Solarcentury, focusing on operational support for solar PV systems. Paul holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
