Paul Young has extensive experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Project Manager and Commercial Manager at Vattenfall since July 2016, focusing on off-shore and on-shore renewable energy projects. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Natural Power from May 2010 to July 2016, including Senior Construction Project Manager and Construction Project Manager. Additionally, Paul gained valuable expertise as a Senior Engineer at Jacobs from 2007 to 2010 and as both Assistant Engineer and Graduate Engineer at Newcastle City Council from 1997 to 2007. Paul holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from Newcastle University, completed in 1997, and attended King Edward VII School in Lytham from 1985 to 1993.
