Per Persson

Per Persson is an experienced professional in radioactive waste management, currently serving as Enhetschef and Manager of the Decom Centre & Development at Vattenfall since January 2019. Prior to this role, Per held positions including Radwaste Specialist at the European Spallation Source ERIC from January 2015 to December 2018 and Radioactive Waste Manager at ÅF from August 2009 to January 2015. Additionally, Per worked as a Nuclear Technology Adviser at Grontmij AB Sverige from November 2005 to July 2009. Per obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nuclear Physics from Lund University, where education was completed from 1996 to 2002.
