Peter Takacs

Peter Takacs is a seasoned professional in public and regulatory affairs, currently serving as a Senior Public and Regulatory Affairs Advisor at Vattenfall since November 2025. Prior to this role, Peter held managerial positions at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB and served as a Senior Public and Regulatory Affairs Advisor in various capacities at Vattenfall from 2014 to 2021. Peter has extensive experience in strategic advising, having worked with E.ON Sverige AB and E.ON Elnät Sverige AB, and has demonstrated expertise in policy advisory roles at Swedenergy. Peter's career began as a Project Manager at Vattenfall Power Consultant. Peter holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
