Philippe Lehmann

Philippe Lehmann is currently the Director of Operational Excellence at Vattenfall, specifically within the BU Heat Sweden, where responsibilities include leading a team of 12 and driving digitalization and continuous improvement for a 500 FTE business. Philippe serves as the single point of contact for strategy, managing various strategic initiatives such as M&A projects and profitability programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate and Associate at Strategy&, where Philippe contributed to strategic consulting for clients and was involved in business strategy analysis and communication. Earlier positions at E.ON Sverige included Production Controller, overseeing district heating production, and an International Graduate Trainee role that provided foundational experience across multiple placements. Philippe holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, supplemented by an international education experience at Tecnológico de Monterrey and the University of Valencia.
